True To You Outreach helps system impacted individuals stabilize during difficult transitions, preventing crises from escalating into emergency responses and reducing recidivism.
Your donation helps provide structured early intervention services for justice-impacted adults and individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability during the most critical transition periods. Without timely stabilization, the first weeks following release from incarceration or housing disruption carry a significantly higher risk of recidivism, prolonged homelessness, and emergency system involvement.

True To You Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving adults navigating reentry from incarceration and housing instability across Cumberland and surrounding counties in North Carolina.
Our mission is to provide structured, non-clinical stabilization support during the highest-risk periods of transition when individuals are most vulnerable to recidivism, homelessness, and emergency system involvement. We focus on prevention, accountability, and practical problem-solving that strengthens long-term stability.
True To You Outreach operates through its primary program, CORE (Community Outreach, Reentry & Engagement) a justice and reentry stabilization initiative designed to reduce system cycling and improve continuity of care. CORE assists participants with housing navigation, identification recovery, benefits access, court coordination, transportation planning, and community resource connection.
We are not a clinical treatment provider and do not offer legal representation. Instead, we function as a structured support bridge working collaboratively with courts, probation officers, housing providers, and community partners to ensure individuals follow through with critical next steps.
As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to transparency, responsible stewardship of resources, and measurable impact. Our approach centers on dignity, consistency, and prevention helping individuals regain direction before crisis becomes the default.
