ABOUT OUR BOARD MEMBERS

At Reentry & Community Solutions (RCS), our board and leadership team operate with a shared mission rooted in service, accountability, and real community impact. We are more than a leadership team — we are a family of professionals, peer leaders, advocates, and community partners committed to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions with dignity, structure, and support.

Our team understands that successful reentry and stabilization require more than temporary assistance or referrals alone. It requires consistent support, coordinated resources, strong community relationships, and people willing to stand in the gap when individuals are facing barriers related to housing, employment, crisis, and reintegration.

United by both professional expertise and real-world understanding, the RCS leadership team is committed to building stronger pathways toward stability, opportunity, and long-term success. Through collaboration, prevention-focused outreach, and measurable community impact, we work to strengthen individuals, families, and the community as a whole.
